Three shawls inspired by traditional knitting techniques from Estonia
and the Shetland Islands.
The crescent and triangle samples were knit on 2.25mm/US1 needles with Zegna Baruffa Cashwool Extra Fine Merino, color 20266 light grey.
The crescent is knit from the bottom up with approximately 42g/630m/700yds.
Dimensions after blocking: approx. 44in/112cm across x 21in/53cm at centre back.
The triangle is knit from the top down with approximately 40g/600m/660yds.
Dimensions after blocking: approx. 49x26in/124x66cm.
The triangle variation sample (bottom of page) is knit from the top down on 3.5mm/US4 needles with approximately 720m/780yds of Wollmeise Lace-Garn.
Finished dimensions after blocking: approximately 170x90cm, 67x35in.

Sizes can be adjusted by changing needle size.
