A versatile pleated scarf in a light and bouncy yarn. The pattern is easily customizable to create anything from a long cool skinny scarf to a cosy enveloping wrap. Wider projects can be scrunched to scarf size or draped elegantly as a shawl. The pattern is super easy to knit, and can also be worked in just one color (or a range of muted colors) for a more minimalist look and a very relaxed knitting experience. It can be worked in laceweight for an ethereal accessory or in heavier weights for sturdy warmth. Worked in one color it is fully reversible; worked with color changes there are purl bumps on one side.
Knit on 4.5mm/US7 needles with approximately 130g/820yds/750m of Schoppel Wolle Seniorita yarn, woolen-spun and dyed with subtle color variations.
