Light Wave is a soft summer stole with a modern pattern of lace waves.  The Kidsilk Haze Stripe yarn creates a warm and weightless accessory, perfect for summer evenings.

 

It's a very easy knit and works up quickly on large needles; skills needed are yarn overs, decreases, and a "make 1" increase which is explained in the pdf.

 

Knit on 5mm/US8 needles with approx

1.5 balls/75g/630m/690yds of Kidsilk Haze Stripe (70% Super Kid Mohair 30% Silk) color 361 “Chiaroscuro”

 

The wave pattern will look good in variegated colorways and in the solid Kidsilk Haze colors, and is easily customisable in width and length.

 

Dimensions after blocking:

approximately 58cm/23in x 175cm/68in

Gauge: approximately 15 sts and 18 rows = 10cm/4in in wave lace pattern
