Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account and can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. After you have successfully completed your PayPal payment, you will be redirected from the PayPal Payment Confirmation page to a Purchase Confirmation page. You will also receive an email from PayPal confirming the transaction. An email will be sent to you when the print(s) have been dispatched. If you have purchased a limited edition giclée print (other than those published by Pauntley Prints), we will let you know the expected dispatch date, after consulting the printer.

Prints
Some of the images in the print gallery are available as limited edition giclée prints, in particular those published by Pauntley Prints. The other images are available in open editions. Print dimensions and the type of edition are clearly stated beneath each image.
Giclée Prints
Limited edition giclée digital prints are printed on speciality fine art papers with excellent archival qualities. For more information on giclée digital printing please visit the Inspirational Arts website.

Open Edition Prints
Open edition digital prints are printed on high quality HP papers using the latest HP Vivera Inks which provide rich colours and superior fade resistance.

Prints Generally
As with all fine art prints, giclée and other digital prints should be displayed under glass and should never be hung in a position where they will be exposed to direct sunlight. All prints are susceptible to fading when exposed to light, especially direct sunlight or any other direct ultraviolet light source. Other factors that affect the longevity of prints are humidity, ozone and other airborne pollutants. For more information on fade resistance and durability visit the HP website. Since KIERAN FOLEY digital prints has no control over the conditions under which prints are displayed and stored by purchasers, we accept no responsibility with regard to fading or other deterioration of the prints over time.

Prints purchased from KIERAN FOLEY digital prints are printed to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Availability
Pauntley Prints limited edition giclée prints and all open edition prints are generally available for dispatch within 48 hours. Other limited edition giclée prints are printed to order by Inspirational Arts (see above) and will depend on their workload at the time, but typically will be available for dispatch within 1 to 2 weeks. Once you have made a purchase, we will keep you updated on the expected dispatch date.

Shipping
All prints are sent by registered airmail from Ireland. Packaging and shipping costs depend on size and weight and will be clearly displayed as part of the PayPal purchase process and before the purchase has been completed. Typically the shipping costs will be in the €10 to €25 range. Prints are packaged appropriately to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. This may include rolling, if dispatched in a tube, in which case the prints should be allowed to unroll naturally for a short period after being removed from their packaging. In the highly unliklely event that a print is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement print to be sent, once the damaged print has been returned to us.

None of the images on this website may be copied, extracted, printed or otherwise distributed in any manner whatsoever without the prior permission of the Artist. Any other use, including commercial reproduction, modification, using an image in any way as the basis for another image or design, distribution, transmission or republication by electronic or any other means without prior written permission from Kieran Foley, is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights. You are not permitted to produce items incorporating these images or any elements or modifications thereof for commercial purposes or for sale, without prior written permission from Kieran Foley.
